I was really really excited to try Zoomie's based on the reviews, unfortunately I don't plan to return. The pre-daycare visit correspondences were very prompt and professional. But upon arriving, I waited in the front room for a while for someone to come to the desk, it stunk unlike any other dog facility I've been to, while listening to someone(s) scream really aggressively in the back (at the dogs, I believe?) over and over. Naturally, that made my 1 year old Shepard rescue (…and me), normally an out-going dog, really nervous. I wasn't asked any questions about my dog, was simply told "she was nervous at first but then played a bit" at pickup after I asked, and can't say any of the front desk staff was welcoming or attentive. If I hadn't had an important meeting to get to or other options, I wouldn't have left her, and feel incredibly guilty for doing so.

Zoomies watched our pup for 5 hours while we were visiting Santa Fe. We are very grateful for their service, and felt our girl was safe and had a fantastic time while in their care.
