As of April 2024, Logan Paul’s net worth is $45 Million.

Logan Paul is an American YouTube superstar, vlogger, producer, and entrepreneur.

He rose to fame through the Vine platform, and from there went on to become a successful YouTube personality.

Let’s take a look into how the story of Logan Paul began, and where this viral success came from…

Table of Contents

Early Life

Logan Paul was born on the 1st of April 1995, in Westlake, Ohio, and has one younger brother, Jake Paul.

Logan was only 10 years old when he first started creating videos; for a platform called Zoosh at the time.

Paul was also heavily into sports in high school, being one of Westlake High School’s best-performing football players. He also competed for the school in wrestling competitions.

This guy had already put in a lot of hours to his future success whilst still in school.

So much so, that his YouTube following was already of a decent size before graduating.

He decided to attend Ohio University but dropped out in 2014 to pursue a career in social media.

Career

Vine

Logan Paul first reached fame on the Vine platform, which has since shut down.

Paul uploaded various comedy skits and prank videos onto Vine, which was where his initial traction and audience originated.

In 2014, his popularity on the platform earned him over 3 million combined social media followers.

In 2015, he was ranked as the 10th most influential person on Vine and began earning some serious advertising revenue.

The smart move came when Logan began to push people to his social media channels and start promoting content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

The Vine platform closed down, and if he hadn’t done this, he would have disappeared.

YouTube

After the Vine platform was shut down, Logan began to focus on his YouTube channel, which most of his audience had already shifted over to.

On YouTube, Paul’s content revolved more around vlogging about his daily life, a style that was beginning to become very popular. Followers and fans wanted more insight into the daily lives of the celebrities or individuals they followed.

His content continued to reach millions on other platforms, and his YouTube vlogs provided opportunities to collaborate with plenty of other stars; even the likes of Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart.

YouTube Controversy

Logan Paul is no stranger to controversy. Sometimes when you start to film so much of your life, the line between what and what not to show can become blurred.

In December 2017, Paul visited the Aokigahara forest, commonly known as the “suicide forest”, with his team. Whilst recording a typical vlog-style video, Paul filmed an apparent suicide victim and uploaded the video to his channel.

This would be the first of several controversial decisions in Logan Paul’s career thus far.

Logan Paul’s main Youtube channel now has over 23 million subscribers.

YouTuber Boxing

YouTuber boxing became popular in 2018 when KSI challenged Joe Weller to a boxing match.

After winning the fight, KSI challenged the Paul brothers, and Logan Paul accepted the fight.

The Logan Paul vs KSI fight was streamed on YouTube’s pay-per-view platform and also brought in revenues through live ticket sales.

The fight was declared a tie, and the rematch took place in November 2019, where KSI took the victory.

Despite losing the fight, Logan made a lot of money from the event and was still interested in pursuing boxing.

In 2021, Paul fought Floyd Mayweather Jr in an exhibition match; the result of which was a draw.

Impaulsive Podcast

In October 2018, Logan created the ‘Impaulsive Podcast’ alongside his friend Mike Majlak.

The pair, with the help of their co-host George, would interview other YouTubers, athletes, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and more.

To date, the podcast has hosted guests such as:

  • Ice Cube
  • Roman Reigns
  • Gary Vaynerchuck
  • Tony Robbins
  • Arnold Schwarzenegger
  • Mr. Beast

The list goes on…

The podcast currently has 4.5 million subscribers on YouTube.

Movies & TV

Many social media influencers often go on to try their hand at other things, and normally, where they go, their audience follows.

We’ve seen Logan Paul create his own podcast, as well as a short-lived amateur boxing career; but he’s also starred in several different movies and TV series.

Here’s a quick list of some of the acting work he’s done:

  • The Thinning (Movie, 2016)
  • Where’s the Money? (Movie, 2017)
  • Baywatch Extended Cut (Movie, 2017)
  • The Thinning: New World Order (Movie, 2018)
  • Airplane Mode (Movie, 2019)

WWE

Not feeling the boxing, Logan Paul signed a three-year contract with the WWE for a cool $15 million.

He made his debut in WrestleMania 38 and has only appeared in several matches since then.

But, to the fans, he’s a hit.

Logan has stated on his podcast that the WWE is his main focus moving forward for the near future.

PRIME Hydration & Energy

In 2022, an unlikely partnership formed between Logan and his previous boxing rival, KSI.

The pair launched an energy and hydration drink line, called PRIME.

PRIME launched in 5 different flavors and is sold in several countries, those being:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • UK
  • Denmark
  • Australia
  • South Africa

There is one problem with PRIME Energy, however; officials in many countries have taken concern over the caffeine content, given the fact that both Logan and KSI’s audiences are somewhat of a young demographic.

The energy drink industry is of course a booming one at that, but the companies that sell energy drink lines don’t normally market their products to people under the age of 18. The same goes for pre-workout supplements, which contain similar amounts of caffeine to PRIME, and have warnings on the label for anybody under the age of 18.

This could definitely cause problems for the brand, and in fact, it already has; with New Zealand banning the drink entirely.

Gasol played high school basketball at Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis. Nicknamed “The Big Burrito,” he was named Division 2’s Mr. Basketball in 2003.

Career

Thanks to his background playing basketball in high school, Marc Gasol had earned a strong reputation as a player to watch before his professional career began.

He would go on to play for several notable NBA teams over the following decades, before making his mark on Spanish basketball as president of Basquet Girona.

These accomplishments would help him earn a net worth comparable to some of the richest athletes in the world, along with notable national team appearances.

Early Professional Career In Spain

After moving to America as a teenager, Marc Gasol returned to his native Spain to begin his professional basketball career with FC Barcelona.

He played in the country’s Liga ACB, leaving the team in 2006 to join the CB Girona team after three seasons with FC Barcelona.

At CB Girona, Gasol’s skills continued to improve, leading to him being named the ACB Most Valuable Player for his contribution to the sport.

This accolade, together with his track record of outstanding court performances, earned Gasol the attention of NBA scouts.

Move To America & The Memphis Grizzlies

In 2008, Marc Gasol returned once again to the US, having initially been selected by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2007 NBA Draft.

While he was set to begin playing for one of the wealthiest NBA teams, he switched teams and was signed to the Memphis Grizzlies, where he would remain until 2019.

Beginning in 2008, Gasol earned multiple accolades for his playing strength and victories throughout his tenure with the Grizzlies.

The following season, he won another award for Defensive Player of the Year, becoming the first player in the Grizzlies’ history to achieve this accolade.

While an injury in 2013 led to a setback for his career, Gasol returned to form in 2014 with an All-NBA First Team selection added to his credits.

A $110 million contract extension in 2015 expanded his net worth considerably despite missing multiple games due to a broken foot.

He would continue to play for the Memphis Grizzlies until 2019 when he was traded to the Toronto Raptors as part of the second-round draft pick.

Late Career Highlights Beginning With The Toronto Raptors

During his tenure with the Toronto Raptors, Marc Gasol continued to impress with his ability to record high points and rebounds in his games.

In 2019, he assisted the team with their placement in the NBA Finals, scoring an impressive twenty points in the game and seven rebounds to win the championship.

Following his time with the Raptors, Gasol would join the ranks of some of the richest NBA players of all time when he was signed by the Los Angeles Lakers.

Home to basketball legends such as Shaquille O’Neal, it marked another step in his career that was offset by Gasol contracting COVID-19.

In 2021, Marc Gasol was briefly traded back to the Memphis Grizzlies, although the team waived the deal just five days later.

Notable Achievements With The Spanish National Team

In addition to his many achievements in Spanish basketball and the NBA, Marc Gasol has played for the Spanish national team several times.

In 2009, he played for the national team at the EuroBasket 2009 championship, following a performance at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

After a lengthy break from national tournaments, Gasol returned to the court to help represent Spain at the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup.

This led to the second World Cup title of his career and his naming to the World Cup All-Star Team with his teammate Ricky Rubio.

In 2024, Marc Gasol announced his retirement from professional basketball, and his intention to focus on helping the sport develop behind the scenes.

Favorite Quotes from Dillon Francis

“Yes, but there’s a reasoning behind it. Whenever I would get in the studio with anyone that spoke English, anytime they would ask me for any advice, I would give them the most horrible advice on what to sing.”– Dillon Francis

“What were some of your earliest memories with Latin music, especially for someone like you who grew up in Los Angeles?
I definitely remember the Cadillacs from Training Day just blasting reggaeton. I feel like that was like the most cliché thing to happen in Los Angeles, just an amazing lowrider playing a Daddy Yankee song or something.”Dillon Francis

“He got a bunch of one-shots, but he also got a bunch of verses from people. From that, it kind of just started turning into something else. There [were] no expectations. The whole record was just to go have fun again and have a great time making music.”– Dillon Francis

“Even before that, Wut Wut traces back to your 2011 Westside! EP, which features “Que Que,” one of your biggest moombahton hits and one of your earliest Spanish-language tracks. What’s the connection between Westside! and Wut Wut?”– Dillon Francis

“It was taking that and trying to put it into a project that actually is cohesive. If you listen to my last album, that is the most non-cohesive project ever. That’s where I was like, “I need to focus and make everything sound like they actually exist in one project.” That’s what I felt like I did with Wut Wut, where it was like honing in on everything that I’ve learned in the past 10 years of touring and making music and trying to make a cohesive album that has a great concept.”– Dillon Francis

3 Powerful Lessons from Dillon Francis

Now that you know all about Dillon Francis’ net worth and how he achieved success; let’s take a look at some of the lessons we can learn from him:

1. Life is Now

But this is it. Your life is right now, and it continues to be a series of right now. So, learn to love your life now, and you’ll have a fantastic life.

2. Go Against Fear

Most of the things we fear never happen. Or if they do occur, they are rarely as bad as we fear they will be. For most of us, fear is the worst thing that will happen to us. Reality isn’t as painful.

3. Relationships Rule

Put them first every single day, before work. Treat them like they are your everything—because they are.

He has collaborated with many stars such as Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller.

Early Life

Shaun Weiss was born in Montvale, New Jersey, on the 27th of August, 1978.

In 1988, he appeared in the TV series Charles in Charge and Websterbefore guest-starring in Bill Cosby’s The Cosby Show in 1989.

However, his big break came in 1992, when Weiss, after starring in Here and Now, was cast as Greg Goldberg in the film The Mighty Ducks.

Although he was initially supposed to play Atuk the Eskimo in the film, his role expanded and popularity soared.

Two years later, Weiss reprised his role as Greg in D2: The Mighty Ducks and then again in D3: The Mighty Ducks in 1996.

At the same time, he was cast in Crazy for a Kiss, Heavyweights, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Saved by the Bell: The New Class.

In 2020, he was busted again, this time in connection with a burglary, when cops found him trying to steal from a person’s garage.

Weiss was booked in the Yuba County Jail, and it was later revealed he had been living on the streets.

While a good number of the richest actors in the world have struggled with addiction, getting clean while TMZ hounds you isn’t the easiest thing.

Thankfully, Weiss was able to overcome his addiction with the help of his friends and fellow 90s co-stars, and today, he is making a comeback.

In 2023, Weiss starred in his first film since 2008, Jesus Revolution, and while he didn’t have a huge role, it’s a step in the right direction.

Most recently, Weiss celebrated four years of sobriety with a comedy concert at the Corbin Bowl in California in January 2024.

Alongside actors from Sabrina the Teenage Witch, American Pie, and The Sandlot, Weiss commented that he had the “best night.”

Favorite Quotes from Shaun Weiss

“Token Jew? Hmm… felt more like the token fat kid. The schools I attended were predominantly Jewish, so for a couple years, there was a bar/bat mitzvah every weekend, sometimes two. It was fun watching them try to top each other. Kept waiting for Streisand to show up and bust out the Hava Nagila.” – Shaun Weiss

“I assume you mean Emilio, the real guy. Best advice: “If you’re going to hook up with the extras, get their parents to sign a release form.” Kick Conway’s ass? What kind of mensch are you, guy?” – Shaun Weiss

“We had three months of hockey camp. Skating didn’t come easy for me—I spent the first month on my ass. Never wanted to quit, but I did wish the movie was about the Oregon football team.” – Shaun Weiss”

“Believe it or not, right after I did `Heavyweights,’ I was so inspired that I went to a real, quote-unquote, fat camp. I was 185 pounds, and I slimmed down to 152. So I went to this audition for the BBC in late August, and they said, `He’s too thin.’ I had to put it back on.”– Shaun Weiss

“We decided to give the producers a little run for their money. I was having hot dogs for lunch, so we got the entire cast to play sick to freak everybody out. We were all complaining, saying `My stomach is killing me.’ Finally, we started throwing up we were faking it. The producers went crazy. They nearly had a heart attack.” – Shaun Weiss

“Of course it all touched a nerve for me. The movie is not about skinny or fat. The movie is about being yourself and accepting what you are.” – Shaun Weiss
